Terms And Conditions

1. All reservations picked up at or between 11pm and 4am are subject to an $11 late night fee. 2. Flight Line is running LIMITED service on Thanksgiving(11/27/08), and Christmas(12/25/08). 3. On December 24(Christmas Eve), and December 31(New Years Eve), Flight Line's last departure for Logan or Manchester Airport will be at 3:00pm, to arrive at 4:00pm. 4. All reservations booked with less than 12hrs notice are subject to a $10 last minute booking charge. 5. All reservations require PREPAYMENT on a major credit card. (The card is charged 7 business days prior to each leg of the reservation) NO CASH PAYMENTS ALLOWED. Credits are issued within 7-10 business days from cancellation date. 6. Reservations cancelled have a minimum cancellation fee of $7.00 per reservation ($14 round trip). Cancellations less than 12 hours prior to pick up time are charged half the fare of service, up to one (1) hour before pick up time. Cancellations less than one (1) hour, cancellation on the curb, or not showing up upon scheduled pick up or arrival time are charged full fare. 7. Each passenger is allowed the airline appropriate 2 pieces of checked luggage and one(1) carry-on, all other excess bags are $6/bag or if bag is over 50 pounds. 8. Any oversized bags(eg. Golf Bags,Ski's,Snow Boards) or bags over 50 pounds, are $6/bag. 9. Any item over 10ft+/- is $10/piece. 10. For parties of 4 or more, children 6 years of age or under are $4 per child for shared service. For "Private Service" and "Park & Ride" rates, children are counted as adults for fare pricing. 11 For Carseat transport there is no charge if you take your carseat(s) with you when you depart. If you need for us to coordinate and store your carseat to be at the airport for your arrival reservation, or picked up later at our office there is a $15.00 surcharge. The law requires that 5 years old or younger or less then 55 inches needs to be in an appropriate carseat. Passenger is required by law to supply appropriate carseat. 12. Direct/Private service fares include a 15% gratuity to the driver based on the number of occupants, but are subject to an $11.00 late night-early morning fee in effect from 11:00pm - 4:00am. Additional stops are $10 per stop if on route. There is a $45 per hour waiting fee charged if not available at pickup time or not notified of delay. 13. Shared service does not include any driver gratuity (**see exception below) and is subject to an $11.00 late night-early morning fee in effect from 11:00pm - 4:00am. Pickup times can be plus or minus 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time. Shared service can but not always have up to 2 more door to door pickups and maybe a shuttle transfer. (Transfer does not count as a pickup) But does arrive at the airport on the quoted and agreed hour. ** Shared service for 7 or more will have a 15% gratuity added as part of the shared service fare.
